Front-end service includes Admissions and E/R Registrar data collection education and application training at your facility.  Upon completion of the observation process and submission of our recommendations, we prepare and provide the forms and scripting necessary to enable the registrar to gather the information necessary to assure prompt payment and streamline the registration process.  Beyond scripting, we place particular emphasis on teaching the registrar HOW TO ASK the right questions in order to obtain the necessary information.  These methods and techniques will reduce your A/R by 10 days and increase your recovery rate by a minimum of 8%.
